TNM is an all-in-one fitness transformation program that provides you with access to the same resources that Kyle had during his fitness journey. Coach Todd will use his expertise to design a custom workout program and meal plan that supports your goals and current body type. One of our certified trainers will be by your side the entire way with daily messaging and weekly check-ins through our in-app messenger.

TODD NORMAN

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Todd has 28 years of experience in sports performance, fitness training, nutritional consulting and mental skills coaching. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and a Masters Degree in Kinesiology. Todd coached Kyle throughout his 120-day transformation and continues to mentor him through his fitness journey. Todd has coached professional athletes across the NFL, NHL, and UFC and was formerly the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Anaheim Ducks. Todd now practices as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Nutrition Coach and USA Weightlifting Instructor.

TRAINING

Everybody is unique. Workouts must be programmed methodically or your hard work will have minimal results. We will create a completely custom training program based on your body type and goals. We monitor progress with weekly check-in photos and adjust your program as you continue through its phases. 

NUTRITION

Meal plans are tailored to your body and goals to progress your weight loss/muscle gain safely and effectively. We will work directly with you on any dietary restrictions/preferences you may have.

MINDSET
